During the Cell saga the residents of Nerima are visited by Cell. Even
after mastering the Neko-ken, Ranma is only able to watch in horror as friends,
enemies and families fall to Cell's might. Rescued by the Z-warriors Ranma
must rediscover himself as he finds himself amongst warriors whose weakest
member is vastly more powerful than himself. All this while trying to
discover a way to destroy Cell before he achieves perfection!
